Lokalne Leady privacy policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This policy explains what data Lokalne Leady handles, how it is used, and how it is stored. It covers both this website and the internal software we use to research advertising opportunities.

Who we are

Lokalne Leady is operated by Yahor Blashkevich, an independent operator based in Poland. For any question about this policy or about data we hold, write to yahor.blashkevich@gmail.com.

Google user data

Our internal software accesses the Google Ads API using credentials belonging to our own Google Ads account. Specifically, it reads historical keyword metrics — search volume, competition level and cost-per-click estimates — from the Keyword Planner service.

We want to be explicit about the limits of this access:

Keyword metrics retrieved from the API are stored locally, on our own equipment, in spreadsheet files. They are aggregate market statistics about search terms — they contain no personal information about any individual. We keep them only as long as they are useful for planning, and delete them when they become outdated.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Credentials

API credentials are stored locally in configuration files on our own equipment and are not transmitted anywhere except to Google's own API endpoints for the purpose of authenticating our requests.

People who contact us

If you call a phone number in one of our advertisements, the call is connected through Google Ads call reporting. Google provides us with the call time, its duration, and the calling number, so that we can measure which advertisements are working. Where the enquiry is for a service provided by a partner business, the call is routed to that business so they can help you.

We use this information for two purposes only: measuring advertising performance, and connecting you to a business that can carry out the work. We do not build marketing profiles from it, and we do not sell it. Records are kept only as long as needed for billing and performance measurement, and are then deleted.

Google's own handling of call data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

This website

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
